Landmarc is seeking a Training Area Operative to support Armed Forces training across UK Defence Training Estate. This casual, ad-hoc role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum 8 hours per month and shifts ranging from 07:00 to 23:59. Training provided to ensure safe, sustainable training environments.

Salary: £13.97 per hour
Location: Wathgill Camp, Wathgill, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AH
Shifts: Can vary from 07:00 - 23:59
Workload: Varies based on firing schedules. No firing = No working requirement. Some weeks are busy; others may have no shifts.
Contract: Variable Hours (Minimum 8 hours per month guaranteed)
Rota’s: Will be provided monthly to ensure availability.
