Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Training Area Operative (Main Towers Assistant) to help maintain a safe, efficient environment for UK defence training at Holbeach AWR, Spalding. The role is on-site, permanent and requires a proactive, team‑oriented attitude with full training provided.

In this role you will play a key part in helping to maintain a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to train.We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working in an outdoor environment, dedicated to supporting the Military.
