Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Training & Resourcing Manager to lead training for the baggage contract at Heathrow. The role involves coordinating the training schedule, onboarding processes and collaboration with the Agency and central resourcing team.

A focus on compliance and stakeholder engagement is essential. Candidates should hold a UK manual driving license and have aviation baggage operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for the training schedule for the baggage contract, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.
• Work in partnership with the Agency, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
• Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.
• Be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches

Pay Rate: £35,000 - £37,080
Grade: M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday dayshifts - however some flexibility required due to business needs
Location: Heathrow - TW6 3AE

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Be able to provide five years' UK address history
