Shift patterns: Monday - Friday dayshifts - however some flexibility required due to business needs

We\'re now looking for a Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
To take overall accountability for the training schedule for the baggage contract, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.
Work in partnership with the Agency, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.
