Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Training & Resourcing Manager at Heathrow to oversee all training for the baggage contract, ensuring compliance with technical and mandatory requirements. Responsibilities

• Own the training schedule for the baggage contract, ensuring all technical, mandatory and refresher training is up to date.
• Collaborate with Agency, operational departments and central resourcing to meet recruitment targets and support onboarding.
• Identify, develop and design training interactions aligned with industry standards and mandatory requirements.

Pay Rate: £35,000 - £37,080

Grade: M

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday - Friday dayshifts - however some flexibility required due to business needs

Location: Heathrow - TW6 3AE

We\'re now looking for a Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

To take overall accountability for the training schedule for the baggage contract, keeping up to date with technical, mandatory and refresher training for all colleagues.

Work in partnership with the Agency, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.

Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.

To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Hold a valid UK driving license - manual - Essential
• Aviation - baggage operation experience - Essential
• The confidence to engage with the customer and senior management leaders
• Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to oversee and optimize operations independently
• The ability to communicate openly and empathetically with managers in a well established team
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, problem solving with excellent interpersonal and communication skill

• Be able to provide five years\' UK address history
