Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Training Analyst Lead to shape and lead our Training Analysis capability. You will oversee analysis of training requirements, ensure auditable evidence, and drive improvements in training design and development across critical customer programmes.

You will lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure data governance and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a pro-active approach in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading training data analysis and validation.
• Ability to identify training gaps and data maturity levels.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis and validation of training requirements with auditable evidence.
• Oversee training data governance, quality, and traceability.
• Identify data gaps, risks, and dependencies for training design.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate findings and drive decisions.
• Lead and develop the Training Data Analysis team and onboarding.
• Support compliance with policies and travel to UK sites as needed.
