Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking an experienced Training Analyst Lead to shape and lead our Training Analysis capability. You will work with SMEs and stakeholders, guiding a team to analyse training and technical documentation, ensuring evidence supports requirements and informs training design.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Eligible candidates must be willing to gain BPSS and SC clearance and may travel to UK sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing training data and requirements.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage milestones.
• Strong communication with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Experience in training design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and validation of training requirements with auditable evidence.
• Oversee training data governance, quality and reporting.
• Identify data gaps and support training design development.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate findings and drive decisions.
• Develop and mentor the Training Data Analysis team.
