Capita, through Selborne, seeks an experienced Senior Defence Trainer to coach and mentor trainers across careers, promoting innovative teaching and improving training quality for the Royal Navy education system. You will deliver teacher training, observations and CPD for Defence Trainers, supporting educational projects and future needs.
A Level 4 Training certificate plus adult learning experience are essential, with a passion for developing people and collaborative work.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
