You are a strong Administrator who loves working in a client-focused environment and is seeking a varied, busy role. Ideally, you have experience in an administrative role within a Training organization or Learning & Development department, but this is not essential if you possess administration and customer service skills.

Job purpose, tasks, and responsibilities

Internally known as Client Services Co-ordinator, your duties will include:

  1. Assisting in the administration of the company's training events
  2. Maintaining the quality of Bond Solon’s service to clients
  3. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams
  4. Liaising with clients to organize in-house training details
  5. Coordinating with trainers regarding documentation and venue or virtual platform details
  6. Working with internal venue teams to finalize delegate numbers and room requirements
  7. Troubleshooting virtual platform issues
  8. Communicating with accreditation bodies overseeing qualifications
  9. Ordering course materials and ensuring timely delivery
  10. Handling queries from clients and internal teams
  11. Managing feedback forms and links
  12. Providing cover for colleagues when necessary
Essential and desirable capabilities

We support skill development, but to succeed, you should already be able to:

  • Work proficiently with Microsoft Office applications
  • Create events using virtual meeting platforms like Teams or Zoom
  • Communicate effectively with excellent customer service skills
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work well in a team
  • Have experience in an administrative role, ideally similar to this
  • Use a CRM effectively
  • Possess advanced written and verbal English skills
