Process training administration from pre‑ to post‑programme activities, including coordination with internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
Attend to enquiries and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and support external audit.
Undertake additional tasks as required.
Other ad‑hoc projects may be required.
