Description

At Veriflo Ltd, we’re seeking to develop the next generation of Clean Water Network Professionals. From leakage reduction to major infrastructure projects like Thames Tideway and HS2, we deliver solutions that keep the nation’s water flowing. Now, we need a Trainer who can turn technical expertise into career‑changing learning experiences.

You must have experience with training in the water networks industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver a tailored training framework for field and office‑based teams.
  • Combine theory and hands‑on practice to build technical mastery in clean water operations.
  • Partner with Senior Project Managers to identify pain points and create impactful learning solutions.
  • Develop engaging content: presentations, manuals, e‑learning modules, and practical exercises.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, simulations, and on‑the‑job training.
  • Develop and implement assessment programmes to ensure quality assurance and measure training effectiveness.
  • Mentor and coach employees at all levels, supporting career progression and performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track training effectiveness through reports, analytics, and feedback.
What You'll Bring
  • Deep expertise in clean water networks, including valve operations, flushing, sampling, and CALM networks.
  • Experience in both field operations and desktop processes.
  • Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Authority with empathy: you inspire confidence while understanding the learner’s journey.
  • Bonus: L3EAT, TAQA, CAVA, IOSH or NEBOSH certifications but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential) and strong organisational management and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate field teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals while fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Willingness to “lend a hand” when required: whether that’s assisting with field operations or troubleshooting real‑time challenges.
  • Adaptability in a Growing Business: Understand shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, expanding organisation and maintain operational awareness while balancing training responsibilities.
