Pilgrim’s Europe in Anwick is seeking a Trainer to lead learning for hourly paid and agency staff, ensuring training records are accurately kept and that sessions meet job requirements across shifts.

You will carry out annual assessments and refresher training, liaise with production teams to align with SOPs, and support ongoing staff development while benefiting from a stable full-time role with on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating learning and instruction.
• Ability to maintain training records for hourly and agency staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in a production/industrial setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver training sessions to hourly staff and agency workers.
• Record and maintain training documents with accuracy.
• Coordinate with production leaders on training plans and SOP updates.
• Support annual assessments and refresher training for all operatives.
