Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Production / On-Site Trainer to support development and performance on the shop floor. This hands-on role delivers training, coaching, and support to new and existing team members while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

You will conduct inductions, support skills development, maintain training records, and work with supervisors to identify training needs.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Production Trainer, On-Site Trainer, Training Coordinator, Team Leader, or similar role within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and people-development skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and engage employees at all levels.
• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Confident delivering practical, hands-on training.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

Production / On-Site Trainer

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production / On-Site Trainer to support the development and performance of employees within a busy production environment. This is a hands-on role, working directly on the shop floor to deliver training, coaching, and support to new and existing team members. You will be responsible for ensuring employees are fully trained, competent, and working safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards. The successful candidate will be passionate about developing people, building capability, and helping create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience as a Production Trainer, On-Site Trainer, Training Coordinator, Team Leader, or similar role within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.

• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Confident delivering practical, hands-on training.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• Competent using Microsoft Office and training documentation systems.

Desirable

• Train the Trainer qualification.
• Experience working within FMCG, food production, automotive, engineering, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Understanding of competency-based training and assessment processes.
