Job summary

Digital Phone Company in North Norfolk is seeking a Trainee Store Manager to join our retail team. This full-time, permanent role requires no prior management or telecoms experience, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you build a long-term career.

You will deliver excellent customer service, identify sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, promote mobile products, and assist with stock control and sales administration as you develop toward

Digital Phone Company is a well-established, family‑run telecommunications business with over 30 years of experience, partnering with premium brands and offering fantastic opportunities for career development.

This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing, ambitious individual who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales and is keen to build a long-term career. No previous management or telecommunications experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role will involve:

• Delivering excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
• Building strong customer relationships and growing the local customer base.
• Promoting mobile, telecommunications and related products.
• Identifying business‑to‑business sales opportunities.
• Supporting with stock control, ordering and sales administration.
• Developing the skills needed to progress into Store Management.
