Job summary

Crerar Hotels Group offers a unique traineeship across our Scotland and Lake District hotels, enabling you to gain Level 3 Massage and Level 2 Facial qualifications while working with industry experts.

After qualification, you’ll secure a permanent Spa Therapist role with flexible part-time and full-time options. Training is supported by Wagestream, YuLife, Echo, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Traineeship leading to Level 3 Massage and Level 2 Facial qualifications.
• No prior spa experience required.
• Commitment to learning and delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn massage and facial techniques under supervision.
• Assist spa operations and guest care across Crerar Hotels’ properties.
• Progress through qualifications within three months and contribute to a premium spa service.
