Bowker Preston is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our Preston Docklands Centre. You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers, book vehicles into the workshop and keep clients updated on progress, while learning how our multi-brand service department operates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at service reception.
• Book vehicles into the workshop for servicing and repairs.
• Keep customers updated on progress.
• Assist customers with vehicle/service questions.
• Learn to identify and explain additional work recommendations.
• Support the service team with admin and communications.
