Sytner BMW Leicester is looking for a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join the team. You will handle booking calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth customer journey, while supporting Service Advisors and acting as the bridge to the workshop.

The role emphasizes customer care, accurate information delivery, and building rapport with customers. Training is provided through in-house and manufacturer programs, with flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
• Background in customer service—particularly in a busy or call-handling environment—would be beneficial.
• Experience with Kerridge would be an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound booking calls and schedule customer bookings.
• Provide clear information and ensure every caller receives exceptional service.
• Support Service Advisors and act as the link between customers and the workshop, updating on progress.
• Offer clear and confident advice on products and services and help build rapport with customers.
