Job summary

Sytner Solihull is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the workshop, guiding servicing choices and updating customers at every stage.

You will liaise with technicians to confirm vehicle statuses and ensure timely readiness, while offering best advice on products and services. Training is provided through our in-house team and BMW manufacturer courses.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress; training provided through in-house team and manufacturer courses.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Strong customer service background beneficial for high satisfaction in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated at every stage.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness.
• Provide best advice on Sytner products and services to customers.
