WM Trains Limited is recruiting a Trainee Senior Conductor for the Wolverhampton depot. In this frontline role you’ll assist passengers, check tickets, and help ensure safety on busy train services. We seek cash-handling and customer-service experience; you should be approachable and calm under pressure, with shifts Monday–Saturday and some Sundays.

Living within 60 minutes of Wolverhampton is required. Starting salary £32,231, rising to £41,785 after probation, with a defined benefit pension

• Shifts Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday work.
• Must live within 60 minutes of Wolverhampton.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to ensure customers have a comfortable journey.
• Take responsibility for the safety of customers and the train.
• Check and sell the full range of tickets, provide timetable information, assist with luggage, and keep trains clean.
• Make regular public announcements to inform customers.
• Complete reports related to ticket irregularities and ensure documentation is accurate.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer care.
