CrossCountry in Birmingham is recruiting Senior Conductors to join our team. You will work onboard Turbostar trains, ticket checking and selling, and helping customers by advising their journeys.

This is a safety-critical role with initial 10-week training in Derby; average hours are 37 per week, and you must live within 1 hour of Birmingham with flexible shift patterns including some weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service in a rail or service environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups.
• Awareness of safety procedures and regulations on board trains.

Responsabilidades

• Check and sell tickets on board CrossCountry services.
• Advise customers about journeys and assist with their needs.
• Respond calmly to unexpected situations and report issues.
• Assist with keeping the train environment safe and comfortable.
