ClearScore is seeking a motivated Trainee Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join ClearScore Home Lending. You will guide customers through the application and liaise with a qualified advisor for expert second charge mortgage advice.

The role includes on-the-job training with CeMAP qualification funded by the company, a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), and a clear path to growth in a dynamic mortgage brokerage.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience in a sales environment.
• CeMAP training provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' eligibility for a secured loan and conduct a fact find.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and advisors.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with advisors and case managers to support applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.
• Suggest new ideas and put them into practice.
