Fish Brothers XPENG in Swindon is recruiting a Trainee Sales Executive. You will receive full training in the vehicle sales process—from enquiry to handover—and learn to guide customers through their purchase journey while delivering a first-class experience.

The role offers a starting salary of £27,429 with uncapped commission after training, plus a generous benefits package including maternity/paternity pay, nursery salary sacrifice, life assurance and a contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Confident communicators with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or estate agency.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with less than 7 points.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and trust.
• Manage enquiries from multiple channels (phone, online, walk-ins).
• Work towards monthly sales and product targets (vehicles, finance, add-ons).
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and GDPR guidelines.
• Work proactively to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones.
