Job summary

Employment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive in the Insurance sector. You’ll speak to UK businesses about Commercial Insurance renewals and grow through excellent training and mentorship.

Our growing Insurance Broker client is looking to recruit more Sales Executives as part of its growth of its Corporate Business Development team.

You’ll get excellent training and you will start speaking to UK businesses about their Commercial Insurance renewals, and progress as you build confidence and results.

Your successes will be rewarded with a great Commission package as well as your progress will be recognised by the opportunity for promotions and the option of moving into other roles in the Company.

It is a busy, phone-based role with a young, friendly team who enjoy the buzz of sales and enjoy the opportunities the Company has to develop their careers.

What you will be doing as a Sales Executive

• Making outbound calls to businesses from the office
• At first, 70% of calls will be to businesses already contacted (warm), alongside fresh campaigns to new businesses
• You’ll be gathering Insurance policy renewal dates from the Business
• When you have renewal dates, you’ll call back before their renewal to gather the information needed for an Insurance quote

Training and progression

• Internal call training, objection handling and Insurance knowledge from day one
• Support towards Insurance exams, with strong mentoring around you
• Some of the team have moved on within two months to a year, so progression here is genuine

Where and when
