This is a development opportunity for someone with enthusiasm, initiative and the potential to become a successful sales professional. Full training on the insurance side will be provided, with a structured training plan to help you build your product knowledge and confidence.
You may already have some sales or customer-facing experience, or be looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your potential. What matters is your willingness to learn, your ability to build relationships and your motivation to generate new business.
As your knowledge develops, you’ll help grow the agency’s commercial client base by identifying prospects, starting conversations and understanding what businesses need from their insurance.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Reduced or condensed hours may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
