You’ll ideally have:

• A strong background in outbound sales, telesales or business development
• Experience making 80+ outbound calls per day
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude
• A genuine desire to progress professionally and financially

Insurance experience isn't essential - we're particularly interested in talented sales professionals with transferable skills and a successful sales track record.

You’ll also receive fully funded training towards the Cert CII insurance qualification, with three exams to be completed within approximately 5-6 months.
