• Ability to gather renewal dates and manage follow-up communications.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to businesses from the office.
• 70% warm calls from existing contacts and new campaigns to companies.
• Gather renewal dates and information needed for Insurance quotes.
• Call back before renewal to secure quotes and close renewals.
