Gleeson Homes is recruiting Trainee Sales Executives for the Midlands region, covering Mansfield and Horncastle, on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The programme includes a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship and practical on-site experience.

You will rotate through sales activities, building skills to progress to a Sales Executive role with a competitive salary progression. You’ll join a busy team, receive structured mentoring, and have opportunities to develop client

Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team within our Midlands region on a 18 month fixed-term contract with opportunities available across the Mansfield and Horncastle areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. Whether you're starting your career, changing direction, or looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training, support and experience needed to succeed in new homes sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Training & Development

You’ll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands‑on experience within the business.

Programme Details

• 15-18-month programme (including End Point Assessment)
• Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement
