Job summary

Gleeson Homes in the North West region is recruiting Trainee Sales Executives as part of a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship. The 15–18 month programme includes structured training, mentoring and End Point Assessment to develop skills for a future Sales Executive role.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the home-buying journey, build relationships with customers, and contribute to site and regional targets while working with other teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Salary Progression

Competitive starting salaryYear 2 salary: £25,600Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement
