Job summary

Gleeson Homes is recruiting Trainee Sales Executives for the Midlands region on an 18‑month fixed-term contract. The programme combines structured training with practical sales experience across Mansfield and Horncastle sites, including an End Point Assessment and a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

You will build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.

Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team within our Midlands region on a 18 month fixed-term contract with opportunities available across the Mansfield and Horncastle areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement,
