Gleeson Homes is recruiting a Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team in the East Yorkshire region on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The role offers a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship, with structured training and mentoring from experienced sales professionals.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, build relationships, identify sales opportunities across channels, and support the promotion of Gleeson Homes developments.

What You'll Be Doing

Programme Details

• 18-month fixed-term contract

• End Point Assessment included within the programme

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and achievement of required competencies
