Job summary

Gleeson Homes is recruiting Trainee Sales Executives for our North East region on an 18-month fixed term contract, offering a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship with hands-on experience across the business.

The programme includes 15–18 months of structured training, mentoring from experienced sales professionals, and a clear path to progression into a Sales Executive role upon successful completion.

What You'll Be Doing

Training & Development

You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands‑on experience within the business.

Programme Details

• 15–18-month programme (including End Point Assessment)
• Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement
