Job summary

Gleeson Homes in the North West region is recruiting Trainee Sales Executives as part of a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship. The 15–18 month programme includes structured training, mentoring and End Point Assessment to develop skills for a future Sales Executive role.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the home-buying journey, build relationships with customers, and contribute to site and regional targets while working with other teams.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels
• Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments
• Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets
• Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role
