Volkswagen Sheffield is hiring Trainee Sales Customer Advisors through an industry leading development programme. The six‑month training path will build your customer service and sales skills, with a starting salary of £26,500 during training.

Following graduation you’ll become a full Sales Customer Advisor, earning £20,000 plus commission, and you’ll join a team focused on delivering outstanding service from first contact to car handover.

Trainee Sales Customer Advisor - Volkswagen Sheffield

Salary: £26,500 for the first 6 months whilst training, changing to £20,000 plus commission thereafter.

We are looking for Trainee Sales Customer Advisors to join us on our industry leading development programme, designed to transition you successfully into a Sales Customer Advisor role, helping JCT600 customers to find their dream vehicle.

The Programme

This is a 6 month programme designed to give you the customer service and sales knowledge along with all of the skills required, to carve out a fantastic career in JCT600 and the Automotive industry. There will be lots of training which will include days in the classroom and extensive on the job training.

Following graduation from the programme, you will then be a fully-fledged Sales Customer Advisor with your destiny in your hands, working every day to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they engage with us to the point they pick up their new car!

Given the nature of the programme and the requirement to complete all elements of the training, you must be available able to attend the following training dates:

Module 1 - 10th, 11th and 12th of November

Module 2 - 24th, 25th and 26th of November

Module 3 - 8th, 9th and 10th of December

Module 4 - 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of January

Module 5 - 19th, 20th and 21st of January
