Job summary

JCT600 Ltd in Doncaster is recruiting a Trainee Sales Customer Advisor as part of an industry-leading development programme. The six-month training begins immediately, with a salary of £26,500 during training and then £20,000 base plus commission after graduation, starting 9 November 2026.

You will gain customer service and sales skills to help customers choose their dream vehicle. The programme includes classroom and on-the-job training, with progression to a fully-fledged Sales Customer

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surroundings.
• Full valid driving licence without excessive penalties.
• Willingness to complete a 6-month training programme.

Trainee Sales Customer Advisor - Audi Doncaster

Salary - £26,500 for the first 6 months whilst training, changing to £20,000 plus commission thereafter.

We are looking for Trainee Sales Customer Advisors to join us on our industry leading development programme, designed to transition you successfully into a Sales Customer Advisor role, helping JCT600 customers to find their dream vehicle.

The Programme

This is a 6 month programme designed to give you the customer service and sales knowledge along with all of the skills required, to carve out a fantastic career in JCT600 and the Automotive industry. There will be lots of training which will include days in the classroom and extensive on the job training.

Following graduation from the programme, you will then be a fully-fledged Sales Customer Advisor with your destiny in your hands, working every day to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they engage with us to the point they pick up their new car!

Given the nature of the programme and the requirement to complete all elements of the training, you must be available able to attend the following training dates:-

Module 1 - 10th, 11th and 12th of November

Module 2 - 24th, 25th and 26th of November

Module 3 - 8th, 9th and 10th of December

Module 4 - 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of January

Module 5 - 19th, 20th and 21st of January
