Job summary

JCT600 Bradford is recruiting for a Trainee Sales Customer Advisor as part of an industry-leading development programme. You will be guided from customer service basics to sales skills over six months, with classroom and on-the-job training and support from a motivated team.

After graduation you become a fully-fledged Sales Customer Advisor, helping customers find their dream vehicle and delivering excellent service from first contact to collection.

• Full valid driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month development programme to transition into a Sales Customer Advisor role.

• After graduation, work to help customers find their dream vehicle and provide excellent service from engagement to pickup.

Trainee Sales Customer Advisor - Volkswagen Bradford

Salary - £26,500 for the first 6 months whilst training, changing to £20,000 plus commission thereafter.

Start date: 9th November 2026

We are looking for Trainee Sales Customer Advisors to join us on our industry leading development programme, designed to transition you successfully into a Sales Customer Advisor role, helping JCT600 customers to find their dream vehicle.

The Programme:

This is a 6 month programme designed to give you the customer service and sales knowledge along with all of the skills required, to carve out a fantastic career in JCT600 and the Automotive industry. There will be lots of training which will include days in the classroom and extensive on the job training.

Following graduation from the programme, you will then be a fully-fledged Sales Customer Advisor with your destiny in your hands, working every day to ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they engage with us to the point they pick up their new car!

Given the nature of the programme and the requirement to complete all elements of the training, you must be available able to attend the following training dates:-

Module 1 - 10th, 11th and 12th of November

Module 2 - 24th, 25th and 26th of November

Module 3 - 8th, 9th and 10th of December

Module 4 - 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of January

Module 5 - 19th, 20th and 21st of January
