Cowell Recruitment is seeking self-motivated Sales Advisors to join a multi-award-winning partner in Fareham. The role offers a competitive base salary of £26,500–£30,000 with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+. Early finishes and no weekend work are included.

The Trainee Sales Advisor will engage with customers to assess needs and explain protection products by phone, aiming to meet daily KPIs while building a pipeline of quality prospects.
