Cowell Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Sales Advisor for Fareham, on-site with parking. Base salary £26,500–£30,000 plus uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+. Early finish Fridays & Thursdays, no weekend work, and 50% warm leads provided.

You will build a long-term career in financial services, engaging customers by phone to assess needs and explain protection products while working toward sales targets and developing your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills to explain protection products over the phone.
• Ability to hit daily/weekly sales KPIs and targets.
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset with a focus on earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain protection products clearly over the phone.
• Work toward daily and weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully company-funded).
