Cowell Recruitment in Fareham is hiring a Trainee Sales Advisor to join a multi-award-winning broker. Expect a base salary of £26,500–£30,000 with uncapped commissions and an OTE of £50k–£60k, with no weekends and early finishes on Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication over the phone and with clients.
• Proven drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to pass a standard DBS & credit check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess needs and explain protection products clearly.
• Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and targets.
• Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate and close sales.
• Study toward industry recognised qualifications (fully funded).
