Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team in Crewe.

The role focuses on speaking with warm customers, verifying contract end dates, building relationships, and identifying opportunities, with coaching and product training and a clear development pathway into a Business Development Executive role to manage the full sales process independently.

Qualifications

• Confident and friendly communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centre, or sales would be beneficial but not essential.
• Team player who works well in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Professional, approachable and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contact warm customer data to verify contract end dates and business information.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
• Develop knowledge of our full suite of telecoms products and solutions.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products in a simple and customer-focused way.
• Work closely with key partners across the major mobile and telecom networks.
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within internal systems.
