• Experience with a main contractor as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally in social housing.
• Able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; IT-literate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact between residents, stakeholders and construction team.
• Foster positive relationships and address resident concerns to meet needs.
• Provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team.
• Travel between properties with a clean UK driving license.
