Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Wayman Education is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly expanding recruitment company.

We aim to be the premier national educational recruitment company within 3 years. This is an opportunity to be part of our success story and join our Wayman family. We seek committed and resilient individuals who are prepared to service our teachers and client schools to the highest level. From day one, you'll work directly with one of our directors and receive first-hand training. Our culture is about succeeding together, sharing candidate pools, and avoiding internal politics.

You’ll effectively be managing a business within a business, servicing several boroughs assigned to you. This is a 360-recruitment role involving speaking and meeting with candidates and clients to fulfill their specific requirements.

We operate 195 days a year, with reduced hours during half-term and summer breaks to support rest and recuperation.

No prior qualifications are required; we value the right attitude above all. We seek team players who are committed and eager to develop the skills necessary for excellent financial and personal growth.
