What You Need

• University degree (2:1 preferred)
• Relevant work experience, preferably in sales
• Motivated to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and money-driven
• Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorships)

Role Responsibilities

• Headhunting and building relationships with candidates
• Winning new business to grow your client base
• Reaching out proactively to candidates and clients
• Managing daily processes and interviews
• Negotiating salaries and contracts
• Participating in company social events
