TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

We’re currently recruiting for an amazing agency looking to grow their business. You’ll be joining a ‘well-seasoned’ leader who knows a thing or two about the industry, so you’ll get a chance to learn from the best at a super exciting time in the business journey. This agency is committed to empowering its consultants through a simple, target-based structure rather than micromanaging or relying on strict KPIs. Here's what to expect from your role as a recruiter:

• Time on the phone: You’ll spend a significant amount of time on the phone to build relationships, win new business (jobs), and identify candidates that fit those roles.
• Mastering LinkedIn: LinkedIn is a key platform for any recruiter, you’ll grow your network, build your personal brand, and be consistently outreaching to clients and candidates to build your pipeline.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: You'll be sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process and supporting them as they start the new role. You'll also learn to handle client communication, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth hiring process for client and candidate.
• Highly organised: You’ll be writing job adverts, scheduling an coordinating interview process, and have to keep your application tracking system updated accurately – because the devil’s in the detail.
