Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Start Date: 24th June

Location: Just a 5-minute walk from London Liverpool Street Station

Salary: £26K base + OTE of £40K-£60K in Year 1

The Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the crucial link between high-caliber candidates and leading tech companies across the US. You'll take full ownership of the recruitment process-from sourcing clients and headhunting candidates to managing interviews, offers, and negotiations. This is a 360° role where you'll build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
