The Role:

• Cold calling, headhunting and networking on various platforms in order to gain a good pipeline of candidates
• Undergoing your own business development and finding new candidates
• Offering expertise on the market and advising clients
• Screening and interviewing candidates and giving them tips on how to answer difficult interview questions

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
