The Role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Cold calling, headhunting, and networking across platforms to build a candidate pipeline
• Business development and candidate sourcing
• Market advice and client consultation
• Screening and interviewing candidates, providing interview tips

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or higher
• Experience in B2B sales, door-to-door, cold calling, or KPI-driven roles
• Enthusiastic and ambitious
• People-oriented and communicative
• Resilient and competitive
