• Experience building relationships and working to targets in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles.
• Build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior roles.
• Proactively source specialist candidates and manage interview and offer processes.
• Gather market information to grow market share and pitch services to new clients.
