You'll handle end-to-end recruitment in a specialist engineering market, writing job adverts, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, offers, and client management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Qualify and screen candidates to evaluate skills and suitability.
• Manage interview processes and negotiate offers.
• Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate vacancies.
• Manage long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Work towards KPIs and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
