Vantage Consulting in Stafford is seeking a driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our office team and help fuel our growth. You will learn the full end-to-end recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, and work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a clear training academy, uncapped commission, and a structured progression path from Trainee to Senior Partner as part of our ambitious expansion plans.

The Role

As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market.

You can also expect to:
