Vantage Consulting in Manchester City Centre is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will join a growing team, learn end-to-end recruitment, and help place candidates in mid to senior roles within niche engineering markets.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior levels in engineering markets.
• Build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates.
• Source candidates, screen via phone/video, and manage interview and offers.
• Sell services to new clients and pitch for retained business.
