Qualifications

• Experience in sales or dealing with customers is valuable for a move into recruitment.
• Drive, resilience and the ability to pick up the phone and build relationships are essential.
• Willingness to learn a new industry and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build a candidate pool by speaking to hundreds of candidates each month.
• Prospect manufacturers in the area to build a client portfolio.
• Fill vacancies using candidate pools, databases and job boards.
• Visit clients on-site to understand their business needs and required profiles.
